I stumbled into No Forks Given in a post-appointment health scare haze—you know that specific pain that makes you question all your life choices? I was not in the mood to think and neither was my boyfriend. We googled halal food “near us” and literally right across the street was No Forks Given. I asked the staff if the chicken was halal. “Yes,” they said simply. And suddenly, what started as a desperate attempt to eat something became something sacred. Here I was, exhausted and aching, holding a banh mi that was not only respectfully prepared but also genuinely, hands-down, the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was tender. The pickled vegetables sang. The bread had actual structure. The whole thing came together like a small miracle tucked into a roll. I sat there thinking: How is this real? How is this possible? I’m not exaggerating when I say this meal turned my entire afternoon around. Not just the food itself—though it was exceptional—but the care behind it. I finally tried their chicken sandwich, and it was amazing. Their sweet potato fries were also delicious. I can't wait to come back! Seating is very limited, but we were happy we found a spot to eat it fresh!

We had three different sandwiches, and every single one was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and so tasty, and the French fries were fresh, hot, and just as good. This cozy little spot delivers big flavor, and we’ll definitely be coming back. A special shoutout to Jessica at the front—she was incredibly friendly, took our order with a smile, and brought everything out quickly. Great food and great service make this place an easy recommendation!

AMAZING!!!!!!! Korean sandwich with tofu is fantastic We also had the Peruvian with chicken Then we ordered sweet potato fries and torgarashi fries nice little kick to them!!! We will be back!!

They probably shouldn’t have but they obliged my quirky requests bc I wanted pesto n yet their special of the day a chicken (btw all chicken items r HALAL yay!) Cesar sounded appetizing too. So, Jose agreed to make a baby between them and I had this lol. I also wanted tomatoes.. Jose suggested roasted tomatoes for the win… the hospitality is wonderful, it’s a cozy space with a few chairs inside and out so either quick bite there or to go will do. Now let’s talk about these togarashi fries.. IN LOVE with the flavor and fresh scallions. Did not finish my meal so more for me later or I find an unhoused person to spread some joy with. Can’t wait to come back and try the Peruvian chicken and so much more! I mean look at this beauty! They even have tofu options!
